IntraNet Television Network
(Community Channels)

Internet based companies are using traditional media such as newspapers and magazines to get the jump on their competitors in local markets. The IntraNet-TV broadcast Network allows local companies to fight back with a comprehensive circle marketing program which combines Intranet marketing, direct market mailers, e-mail lists, banner ads and special event marketing to attract new customers. Business and trade in the United States is a one way street, other companies sell their products in our community markets. However, community businesses in the U.S. do not sell in global markets. This community-marketing program will allow local businesses that belong to the network to expand to other markets using a single strategy.

Community channels were established to connect local communities to the world through Internet Television. These communities will be accessible from any place in America and abroad where there is a connection to the Internet. Community channels service micro markets and are privately owned. They do not originate programming and only receive pre-scheduled programs from central broadcast stations. Community channels derive their revenue from local advertisement and sponsorships. Therefore, they are offered as a package with a direct mail distributorship.

AdverMailer Advertiser is the name of the mailer that is used with the community channel. It is mailed to both business and consumers in the community they service. AdverMailer identifies new viewers and advertisers in communities with a minimum of 35,000 households. Promotional inserts are mailed to each home in the authorized territory as defined by zip codes. Direct mail helps to promote IntraNet Television Channels in the community they service. E-mail is also used in our marketing mixture to alert subscribers to shows and events scheduled for community channels.

The IntraNet Television Network gives independent businesses the opportunity to become advertisers. And special expansion rights to new territory when new channels are opened in other communities. Priority listings and links from our QuickLink Search Engine will also direct additional consumer traffic to network advertisers.

Community channels are considering network media outlets only. They do not originate programs. However, they can have live and taped programs made exclusively for them by the network broadcast stations.
