Once in a lifetime a new industry is born. IntraNet-TV
broadcasting is a new media that will turn traditional broadcasting on its head.
It is capable of delivering large verifiable audiences and also can provide mass
advertisement at a low cost. To take advantage of this new media opportunity the
NAHBB has established the IntraNet-TV Broadcasting Company, (INBC-TV). INBC-TV
will use an IntraNet-TV Broadcast Network, which includes broadcast stations,
community channels and niche market channels. Independent businesses with
franchises, business models, studios and agencies are also a part of the new
company. Support associates include television producers, directors,
virtual graphic artists, digital photographers, spokes persons, talk show host,

programming assistance. Internet television will create new opportunities for
entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs with a vision of the future. This new media will
allow both small and home based businesses to use Internet television to present
visual advertisement for the promotions of their products and services. In 1999 Internet television has less than 100 broadcast
channels, however early in the next century it will grow quickly to more than
100,000 private channels which will be capable of delivering high quality
programming to computer viewers around the world. IntraNet-TV will play a major
role in the growth of small businesses because it can provide specialty
programming to a targeted audience.

The primary broadcast facility for the network is a central
broadcasting station, it coordinates all broadcast activities for INBC-TV and
its’ affiliate stations and channels. The network to assist in producing live
